How To View Activity Logs In CRM

Viewing activity for each of your customer is a unique feature that not many ERP systems have. It saves you time and also gives you an overview of each customer prospect.

In WPERP it is very easy to view each customer activity from the Contacts page. For that, you need to go to

WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → CRM → Contacts

Here if you select a contact, you will be redirected to his/her information. In the down right section, you will be able to see all the activity related to that contact

Whether receiving an email and opening it or paying something using a payment gateway you will be able to see everything from this section.
