Overview

With the Documentation add-on you can create beautiful documentation that your users will love.  Additionally, agents can search for documentation directly inside of tickets and automatically respond to tickets with a personalized message that includes their chosen documentation link.

Agents can also respond to a ticket and automatically create a documentation item.

Documentation can be created with sections, chapters, tags/categories and even versions.  Here is an image that shows where each sub-item appears:

Additionally, most visual aspect of the user interface can be modified on the settings screen.  These include:

  • Fonts and font sizes
  • Background Colors
  • Foreground Colors
  • Logo
  • Documentation Title
  • Menu
  • Copyright Footer

Finally, it is important to note that when documentation items are being viewed your theme is NOT being used!  You will get the visual layout you see above!
