Overview (Triggered Tickets)

Triggered Tickets allow you to create new tickets in response to certain events.  Currently, you can create tickets in response to events from:

  • WooCommerce
  • AutomateWoo

However, depending on demand we might offer the ability to create tickets based on events from:

  • Easy Digital Downloads
  • Core WordPress Events (such as user registration)

A ticket can be created based on one or more rules and the contents of tickets can be specified in each rule set or from a ticket template (ticket templates are a new feature in SLA24 Service Desk Version 5.9.0).
