Introduction (Client Tickets)

Client Tickets is a tool that is used by developers and web agencies who create WordPress based websites.  With it, the entire front-end of a help-desk can be embedded in the customers websites so that they do not have to navigate to a separate help desk in order to submit a support ticket or to request help.

The Developer / Web Agency will continue to run their SLA24 Service Desk instance on their own WordPress server. The Client Tickets plugin that is installed on the Customer site will communicate with SLA24 Service Desk via a REST API interface.

By embedding the help-desk front-end directly in a customer site a developer or web agency can project a more professional image, build their brand and better service customers.
