Installation (Ticket Types and Templates)

Prerequisites

Before you attempt to install the Ticket Types & Templates add-on please make sure that your system meets the following conditions:

  • WordPress Version 4.4 or later
  • SLA24 Service Desk Version 5.8.1 or later
  • PHP 5.6 or later

Installation Steps

Most of our add-ons uses the same sequence for installation. Thus, we have created a master document for installation – you can follow those instructions here.  If you run into any issues please open a support ticket on our website or use our Contact Form.

Post Installation Steps

Once the Ticket Types and Templates add-on has been installed and activated you need to make sure that the Ticket Type field is enabled in the free core plugin.

  • Go to the TICKETS->SETTINGS->FIELDS tab
  • Make sure that the ENABLE FIELD TYPES and SHOW ON FRONT END options are enabled (see image below)
