Full Ticket Template Tag For Outgoing Emails

Sometimes it is useful to show the entire ticket in an outgoing email (full history with all replies.)  This add-on includes a new tag that can be used to do just that – {fullticket}

When used in an email template it will include the opening ticket entry plus all the replies attached to the ticket.

NOTE: You can see a complete list of email template tags by going to the TICKETS->SETTINGS->EMAILS tab and then clicking the HELP link in the upper right side of the screen.
