If you’re running WordPress version 4.7 or later then you can now change the AGENT, PRIORITY, CHANNEL, PRODUCT and STATUS on multiple tickets simultaneously.
To access this function, simply go to the main ticket list and click on the BULK ACTIONS tab.
Use the check-boxes in first column of the ticket list to select the tickets you need to change. Then select EDIT from the BULK ACTIONS drop-down and click the APPLY button.
This should result in a screen similar to the following:
Select the item you’re updating by clicking on the appropriate checkbox (or, choosing from a drop-down if you’re changing status or agent). Then, click the UPDATE button.
As the first image above illustrates you can use the BULK EDIT menu to merge tickets or close tickets.
